Purchase Orders
Please feel free to use your company's own purchase-order format, as long as the same information is included in the order. If you would like to set up net-30 payment terms, please include a standard credit reference sheet with your faxed purchase order.
This process will take some additional time prior to fulfillment of your order. Once we receive your purchase order and process your credit references, we will contact you via phone and or email to confirm your purchase and provide you with your serial number. Please fax or mail your purchase order to the address listed on this page.
Returns
If you purchased directly from Sax.net less than 30 days ago and you wish to return the product, please send us a signed return form to get a refund.
